Job Description

We are seeking individuals who are proficient in translation and can provide customer support through emails and phone calls in their respective languages. Responsibilities also include sales planning and coordination.

Employment Type: Part-time (Temporary position)
Work Environment: Remote work (There may be occasional in-person meetings, approximately once a week).
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, or Korean at an advanced level.
  • Strong translation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer support.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary: Hourly rate starting from 2,000 JPY.
Preferred Qualifications: Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes.
